Number Unknown - Fourth Wall Event!

[Why does all this feel so familiar? So many people, so many new faces, it seems unbelievable. It's enough to give this poor demon a headache, especially considering he has to be out in the thick of it to make sure he keeps the peace.

Adell can be found pretty much anywhere in town, keeping an eye out for fires that need to be extinguished. Of course, he might have a few of his own to deal with if he runs into the wrong people.

How long of a weekend is it going to be for this guy?...]

[Honestly? Probably not long enough.

Trying to dart back and forth between all of the people in the crowd while trying to make sense of this mess, Koakuma was bound to eventually actually slam into someone by complete accident.]

A-ah! Sorry, sorry! I—I'll pay more attention to where I'm go—

[She looks up.]

[That was bound to be inevitable, really. Of course, Adell's elbowing his way through the crowd too, so he can't really see it coming until it does. At first he's quite startled...]

Hey, watch i--

[And then he looks down at what hit him. And then his eyes go wide.]

...Koa?

[With her original wings this time, an obvious sign that her stay will probably only be temporary.

Which set of wings she's sporting right now doesn't have any impact on her reaction, which is to slam into Adell again, except this one is intentional and for a hug and a string of indecipherable and apologetic muttering.]

[Adell doesn't say anything right away... instead just returning her hug warmly. He sees her normal devil wings during the hug, instinctively putting two and two together. A melancholy feeling wells in his chest, which causes him to squeeze her gently. It was cruel, perhaps, for time to be their enemy. But for the moment it was a gift.

Adell rested a hand on the back of her head, stroking her hair lightly.]

It's okay, Koa. I'm glad to see you.

[then_there_were_none]

[That headache may or may not get worse, as there's very abruptly a tiny vampire attempting to attach herself to his head like a strange sort of hat.]

Adell! There you are!

[Well, the very act of latching onto someone's skull is very jarring...]

Wha-a?!

[And then he hears that familiar voice. And he can't help but beam a smile. Now this all felt very familiar indeed.]

Flan! Yeah, looks like you found me all right? Where have you been this whole time?

[He reaches up to ruffle his not!little sister's hair.]

[Flandre giggles! And giggles again when Adell touches her head, butting against his hand a little.]

I've been home, Adell! But, now I found you again.

[Her wings flutter a bit--with a little rattle and chime of crystals, not feathers.]

[He notes the chiming and unusual noises, glancing up and to the side enough to see the light catch in the colored crystals dangling from her wings. He knew well enough what that meant... but he couldn't help but smile, even if this reunion was doomed to be short.]

You did, and I'm glad for that! You been keeping your big sister outta trouble?

[He didn't stop ruffling her hair for the moment. It was hard to do much else with her latched on there.]

[What are you doing on the not!brother's head, Flan.]

Mi-Miss Flandre, I'm pretty sure that you are not a hat. Could you please stop trying to act like one?

[--oh, someone else was talking to her. Flandre chitters as she looks around and--oh, hello!]

[Lost in the crowd and confused... oh so VERY confused... finally she spots a head of familiar spiky red hair with a telltail ahoge in the crowd.]

A-ADELL!?

[Adell simply shoves his way through the crowd, trying to get through it... though he stops dead when he hears his name called...

By a voice he hadn't heard in far too long. At first he thought he was imagining it, but when he turned to make sure... all doubts were instantly dispelled from his mind.]

R-Rozalin?

[No way. There was no way. Without regard to much of anything else around him, he shoved his way past whoever stood between them.]

[Hearing his voice reply her just confirms what she was already certain of. She does her best to squeeze past people... shoving isn't princess-like after all :| ]

Adell!

[She calls again, sounding half relieved... and half annoyed.]

[When he gets through the crowd to her, he pauses, looking her over briefly... and noting her demonic wings rather than the Filials New Feathers would have. Like the wings he had...]

Are you okay? Nobody around here's been giving you trouble, have they?

[He still remembers his promise, even after all this time.]

[Floating around the village, Reimu was looking for people she knew - and she spots Adell.

So she'll float down, very much upside down, and stop directly in his face where she's going to be making eye contact and:]

Hi, Adell.

OH HAI :V

[Oh. Well. Good thing he's quick enough to stop as she floats down... upside down at that, to meet him. He has a bit of a start at first, but his surprise quickly turns to a bright smile.]

Reimu! Welcome back!

[She'll right herself, and step on to the ground.]

You look well! I'm glad for that.

I don't care that I already have Koa in this, HAVE ANOTHER :V

[Somewhere off the the general direction of the battle dome, there is an incredibly-loud noise, almost like an explosion. Hell, maybe it even came from inside the dome.

Wat do, Adell?
> Go investigate.
> Continue catching up with Koakuma or Reimu.

[The explosion sound catches his ears, and he immediately goes into alert mode. It came from the Battle Dome! There might be trouble! So he rushes on over there and bursts inside!]

What happened in here?! Is everyone all right?!

[When he gets there, despite how loud the blast was, nobody appears to be hurt and the dome appears to be intact.

Mostly intact.

One specific room looks like it just got completely wasted by a freaking meteor, or maybe it was just that girl standing in the center, who is now staring at the target that just exploded far more violently than it should have. One look at her should explain it pretty easily, but in her defense, the system for the room she's in activated the moment it detected someone inside, and she thought she had to defend herself.

[Hopefully, Adell's feeling hungry, since there is a strong odor of chicken wings wafting from the bar. The strong, overpowering smell that could come from a quadruple order. There's only one person who could have such tastes in chicken.]

[Actually, that overpowering smell as he passes by Good Spirits is making him hungry. Overpowering and delicious... and familiar.

He can't help but go inside and check it out... only to see a very familiar man chowing down. Most pretense of hunger is immediately dropped as Adell bolts toward him.]

Stahn! Hey!

Adell! Hey there! [Stahn's practically beaming at the sight of Adell, the man having been on his mind as he enjoyed his chicken meal. It was a favorite of theirs, after all.]
