Highly intelligent and talented, but refuses to show off in front of anyone other than Adell. Is he lazy? Mean? Or does he just merely get stage fright? Fortunately, Beowulf performs quite well in battle.

Adell still hasn't figured out how to get him to do tricks in front of other people.

Stubborn, aggressive, and filled with a burning desire to grow stronger. It would not take "no" for an answer when it wished to bond with Adell after he proved his strength. Despite her aggressive attitude, she has quickly grown loyal to Adell.

Maverick is a budding aerial ace and daredevil. It constantly desires to be in motion, performing daring loops and stunts. Since evolving into Pidgeotto, Maverick has more strength and speed to successfully pull off stunts. Once evolving into Pidgeot, Maverick's flying strength and speed allows him to be all the more daring and skilled. He excels at aerial battles against other birds, often flying upside down over his opponents to taunt them.

He also likes to buzz people who are on the ground who are being too uptight.

He still has problems sticking the landing, though.

A calm Pokemon by nature, but one filled with a desire to protect Union and the people within. Volunteered in a time of need and was attracted to Adell for his fiery demeanor and enthusiasm... and felt the need to make sure he didn't get himself killed.

As with many Gardevoir, Salome is intensely loyal to Adell and is never very far away from him while he's in Union proper. One of Adell's only Pokemon who was instantly comfortable with Nemo's presence; as though Salome understood that Nemo posed no threat in his actions. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she looks after everyone on Adell's team, including Adell himself. Salome is kind and gentle when docile, but a fierce foe in battle.

She does have a tendency to indulge in bubblegum, of all things.

Goose has spent too much time in the company of Zubat. It knows it's not a Zubat, per se, but in the interest of making its other nocturnal friends feel at home in its presence, it's gotten into the habit of hanging from things upside-down. And of only being awake at night. And of trying to navigate by hooting at things and waiting for the echo to bounce back.

It is not very good at this last activity. But that does not keep it from trying. Even as a Noctowl, it has not outgrown any of its habits, but will reluctantly awaken during the day if he's actually needed.

Orpheus, when first met, was a nervous little thing, seemingly terrified of his own shadow. In reality, it was terrified of the psychic visions it received by the legendary Mewtwo, and was a serial teleporter due to his increased jumpiness. During one of its teleportations, it found itself in Adell's company; Orpheus found a powerful, but kindhearted Enlightened in him, even if he would be no match for the legendary Psychic type. Still, Adell's kindness and reassurance led to a bond between the two.

Orpheus has since evolved into Kadabra, giving him some more measure of courage. However, he is still prone to teleporting when startled... and he finds Nemo very unsettling to be around, likely a result of Nemo's more unstable Psychic power reminding him of the horrible vibes he experienced prior to Mewtwo's invasion.

Formerly one of the leading attackers in Mewtwo's clone army during their invasion of Union. Convinced to stop fighting by several of Union's defenders, including Adell. Intrigued to see if the world the humans of Union are working for is possible, and chose to observe Adell in the aftermath. The creature took its name, "Nemo," from an ancient, long dead tongue, meaning "nobody."

Morose, aimless, unstable, surly, and unbothered by use of violence, Nemo is prickly and not the most social of Pokemon, preferring to keep to itself if given a choice. Though it finds some of Adell's more idealistic moments somewhat obnoxious, it nonetheless continues following him. Despite his attitude, Nemo is actually very lonely, and secretly hopes to find purpose in its artificial life; though it would never admit to either.

It finds the trust Adell has in it... baffling. But interesting.

Of note, as an incomplete and unstable clone, Nemo is unable to breed.
